These highlights help prevent pickup delays, unexpected charges, and unsafe loads. Full rental terms are provided at booking.
Load safe: Everything must stay below the top edge, be evenly distributed, and be safely coverable. Nothing may stick above or hang over the sides.
Safe pickup
We may refuse an overloaded, uneven, blocked, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe container. The customer must correct the issue before pickup. Additional trip, wait, cleanup, handling, or disposal charges may apply.
Weight & heavy debris
Final weight is based on the disposal facility’s certified scale. Included tonnage is a billing allowance—not permission to exceed safe hauling limits. Shingles, concrete, dirt, brick, rock, and other dense material require advance approval and may have low-fill limits.
Access & placement
Provide a firm, level, accessible placement area and keep vehicles, gates, branches, wires, and other obstacles clear. The customer is responsible for permits or HOA approval and for identifying septic systems, irrigation, and underground utilities.
Surface protection
Heavy trucks and loaded containers may mark or damage driveways, asphalt, lawns, or other surfaces. Placement is made at the customer’s direction and risk, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Materials & container use
Prohibited or unapproved material may cause rejection and extra handling or disposal charges. Do not move, alter, climb on, or burn anything inside the container.
Pickup & documentation
Pickup is not automatic—call or text when ready and keep the area accessible. We may photograph or record the container, load, placement area, delivery, and pickup to verify condition and service.
By ordering service, the customer agrees to the rental conditions provided during booking. Please ask about anything unusual before loading.

What is included in the price?+
Delivery, pickup, the listed weight allowance, and a 7-day rental are included. Extra weight is $85 per ton and each additional week is $75.
How do I choose the right size?+
Tell us what you are removing and roughly how much you have. We’ll help you choose a size that avoids paying for space you do not need—or ordering twice.
Can I put concrete or dirt in a dumpster?+
Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, brick, and rock require separate pricing and loading guidance. Call or text before booking.
Where can the dumpster be placed?+
A flat, firm, accessible surface is best. Please clear vehicles and obstacles before delivery. Street placement may require a local permit.
How do I schedule pickup?+
Call or text us when you are finished. Keep the area around and above the container clear so we can safely pick it up.
What happens if the dumpster is overloaded or blocked?+
We cannot transport a container that is unsafe, overfilled, unevenly loaded, or inaccessible. The customer must correct the issue before pickup, and additional trip, wait, cleanup, handling, or disposal charges may apply.
Can the dumpster or truck damage my driveway?+
Heavy trucks and loaded containers can mark or damage asphalt, concrete, lawns, and other surfaces. The customer chooses the placement area and should ask about using protective boards when appropriate.
